The show Monthly Famitsu apparently will be livestreaming on NicoNico to show off a “shocking” new Pokemon project. While we don’t know what this project is (manga, video games, anime, or something new entirely), there is a “Detective Pikachu” game for which we’ve seen snip-its of early development, so perhaps this will be shown then.
The stream, taking place on August 26th 22:00 JST (9AM in EST), will include the president of the Pokemon company, Tsunekazu Ishihara, as a special guest. Nobuhiko Okamoto and Aoi Yuuki will also be appearing as special guests for the Famitsu stream, but it’s said that two MORE guests will be there for the proceedings.
